Breakfast at Country Victorian
Each day at the Middlebury, Indiana inn, breakfast is a celebration of locally grown, organic (where possible) foods specially prepared from scratch. Using only the finest mineral or sea salts from S.A.L.T. Sisters as well as our fresh herbs grown in our backyard, we hope to tempt your senses each morning and fill you for a day of adventure in Amish Country! Our coffee is specially roasted from our local coffee roaster at The Refinery and ground fresh by us each day.
We serve breakfast each morning at 9 am in the dining room, however should you need an earlier time we are happy to accommodate you if possible. For an additional charge breakfast can be brought to your room to enjoy.
Should you have special dietary requirements-gluten free, vegetarian, vegan, etc. please let us know when you make your reservation as special accommodations will be necessary. Please let us know if you prefer a lighter breakfast at check-in as we are happy to accommodate.
Breakfast at the Country Victorian B & B each day is Chef's Choice and below are just a few of the many options Lori prepares. While the menu changes daily, the inn offers a fruit course, a freshly baked item be it scones, muffins, coffee cakes, or flaky biscuits, and a main course. We alternate between savory egg dishes and sweet dishes like french toast, crepes, or waffles. Some days Dessert is even on the menu! These are just a sample of our offerings!
