Reservations and Policies

  • Check in time: 4-6pm.  If you need to check in outside of our Check-In times please call 800-262-7829 to make arrangements. Please understand that you may be subject to an additional fee of $25.00 for this service. 
  • Check out time: 11am.  Late check out fee is $25.00 per hour per room.
  • A deposit of the first night's room tariff or an accepted credit card (VISA, Mastercard) is required for a confirmed reservation.
  • Due to our size and the personal attention we offer our guests, cancellations affect us significantly. We agree to turn away all other requests for the room you choose and you agree to pay the rate quoted for your entire reservation. We must adhere to a strict Cancellation Policy. A $25.00 processing fee per room will be charged for all cancellations made 10 days or more in advance of your confirmed reservation.  PAYMENT in FULL for all rooms/complete length of stay is required for all cancellations made less than 10 days in advance. Cancellations are accepted by phone only. 
  • Room rates are subject to 7% Indiana sales tax.
  • Room rates and policies are subject to change without notice.
  • Standard occupancy is two (2) people per room. Amish room may hold up to four (4) with a $25.00 additional charge per person over the standard two (2).   Please specify if you require twin beds. 
  • Children over 10 are welcome with prior notice.
  • For the comfort of ALL of our guests there is NO INSIDE SMOKING and NO PETS allowed.
  • We accept cash, checks/travellers checks with proper identification, VISA, and MASTERCARD.
  • Reservations by phone are required for all Getaway/Special Packages.
  • All gift cards and gift certificates must be declared at the time reservations are made.
