The Inn is staffed to check-in after 4 pm and until 6 pm Eastern Daylight Time. Arrangements for late arrivals should be made in advance with the Innkeeper. Should an unexpected situation happen while you are en-route that will make you late please be courteous and call the inn at 574-825-2568.
Check-out time is by 11 am on the day of departure.
We are unable to accommodate Early Check Ins or Late Check Outs.
TWO NIGHT MINIMUMS at the Country Victorian Bed and Breakfast apply everyday of the week. Single nights may become available when other reservations leave a single night available. Please check our online availability and booking page, or call 1-574-825-2568 for special arrangements.
*We require a credit card (VISA/MasterCard only) and a 50% deposit, including taxes/fees, at the time of booking your reservation. Room rates are $110.00-$150.00
*Rates/Policies are subject to change.
* A deposit of 50% of the total booking amount, or the cost of one (1) night's stay, whichever is greater, by valid credit card will confirm your reservation with the balance being due 14 days prior to arrival, at which time your credit card will be charged. Sales taxes of 7% and a Service Fee of 3% is added to your room rate.
*For reservations booked within 14 days of your arrival date, 100% PREPAYMENT is REQUIRED.
*We do not share your contact information with a third party and will only use it to contact you about your reservation.
*You may book online. Your reservation deposit will be charged at the time of booking. Once you receive your confirmation your reservation is complete and your room will be waiting for you.
*GROUP RESERVATIONS (2 or more rooms) will be charged 50% of cost of the total reservation at the time of booking on the Visa or MasterCard provided by the person booking the reservation. Advance reservations are required. Balance will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
*We must have a valid credit card number on file at the time of your booking, even if you are paying with a gift certificate.
Making reservations at a bed and breakfast is not the same as making a hotel reservation. Due to our small size, cancellations affect us significantly. A last minute cancellation gives us little chance of re-booking a room. For this reason we uphold a strict cancellation policy:
*Cancellations made up to 14 days before the arrival date will result in a refund of your deposit less $35.00 processing fee per room, per night. You will receive a Cancellation Confirmation via email. Your refund will be sent by check in the mail.
*Cancellations made less than 14 days in advance of arrival will be charged for one night..
*Cancellations of Group Reservations with more than 30 days notice will receive a Country Victorian Bed & Breakfast Gift Certificate, less a $35.00 per room processing fee.
*Group Reservations cancelled with less than 30 days notice will receive no refunds.
*We highly suggest Trip Insurance to cover expenses should you need to change your plans. The following are suggestions for purchasing Trip Insurance: www.travelprotect.com , www.insuremytrip.com , or www.travelinsurance.com
*Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved regardless of their actual arrival or departure date. No-shows are also responsible for full payment of their entire reservation.

Children, Guests, and Pets
We cater to the comfort, privacy and security of our registered guests. Country Victorian Bed and Breakfast is regarded as a relaxing, refreshing getaway for most of our guests, and we work hard to foster that environment. Therefore, it is not an appropriate place for children under 12 years of age.
Guest visitors are only permitted on the property with prior Innkeeper approval. If you would like to have any non-registered guests join you for breakfast there is an additional charge of $15.00 per person, and advance notice to the Innkeeper is required.
The inn regrets it is unable to accommodate guest pets.
Smoking, Candle Burning
Due to the historic nature of our home, and for the safety and comfort of all of our guests, we do not allow smoking, fireworks, or incense/candle burning in any of our guest rooms or on any of the grounds of the Country Victorian Bed & Breakfast. Guests who smoke in their room will be charged a minimum $250.00 cleaning fee. Guests will be asked to leave the premises with no refunds.
While reasonable wear and tear is anticipated, negligent damages found to be the responsibility of a guest will be assessed and charged to the guest. Please report all spills and/or damages to the Innkeepers promptly.
All GIFT CARDS/GIFT CERTIFICATES must be declared at the time reservations are made. A valid credit card (Visa/MasterCard) is required for all reservations when using a Gift Card/Certificate to pay for all or part of your reservation. Our Cancellation Policies apply to ALL Gift Card/Certificates accepted by the Inn. Only one (1) third party Gift Card/Certificate may be used per stay. No discounts are given when rooms are paid for by Gift Card/Certificate. Sales tax must be paid in cash or by check when using a third party Gift Card/Certificate and is the responsibility of the Redeemer.
